Shipping notice

All plants shipped from our store are bare root, unpotted. This cuts down your shipping costs as well as reduces any damage that could occur during the shipping process. (Check our blog below for soil recommendations) We pack our plants well using bubble wrap, stuffing, or a combination of both. If there is room in your package we will include a starter pot. In the cold months please include a heat pack in your order, and choose the fastest shipping method you can. This is to ensure your plants healthy arrival to your home. Any shipping questions? Shipping policy

We will package and send your product within 24 hours of your order, during our regular business hours. We will provide a tracking number to track your package. Additional items such as heat packs must be purchased in cold weather, or you will assume your own risk to plant during shipping process.
